1st Course: Smoked Salmon Napoleon. Layers of smoked salmon, avocado and papaya separated by petite potato-thyme wafers, all sitting in a lemon-herb sauce.

2nd Course: Molasses Glazed Duck Salad. Crisp and tender baby spinach tossed with root vegetables, duck roasted to a mahogany glisten and tangy sage vinaigrette.

3rd Course: Lobster and Crab Supreme Souffle. Tender Maine Lobster and blue crab tossed ina vermouth sauce then served with butter croutons and baked into a delicate cheese souffle.

4th Course: Menage at Trois. Medley of three cheeses to cleanse the palette. Served with almond roasted figs and fruits.

5th Course: Beef Tenderloin Medallions. Accompanied by wild mushroom ragout, white truffle polenta, and sweet pea flan.

Beautiful bowls, platters, plates, tumblers, mugs and crosses are just a few things offered in O My @ Interior Marketplace made by Spirit Song. Soy candles are also available. They are in beautiful containers that can be reused as small tumblers. The soy wax is all natural with a wonderful simple clean scent and can even be used as a lotion when the wax is melted.

The bowls and plates are all very different. They are molded and shaped by hand then intricate patterns are created inside them with the hand pressing of antique lace into the center.

Annieglass, handcrafted sculptural glass dinnerware, serving pieces, drinkware and accessories, is designed by artist Ann Morhauser of Santa Cruz, California. The studio was founded in 1983 when Ann translated her love of ancient Italian relics into an abstracted modern design for a plate. A simple circle of transparent glass with a handpainted 24k gold rim, it was an instant hit in the tableware marketplace and is now a recognized industry icon. She titled the design Roman Antique, subsequently offering a variation with a platinum rim. Over the years, this signature pattern has been joined by a wealth of complementary styles. Imaginative, unexpected shapes inspired by the artist's oceanside locale -flowers, rocks, leaves, fish, boats, rippling water, rounded triangles, stars, and shells -are available in clear or frosted glass and in a palette of lush, tropical colors.

Annieglass takes its shape in a fiery kiln where a sheet of flat glass is melted over a ceramic mold in a process called "slumping." At 1350 degrees F, precious metal and color fuse permanently to glass, making the work tarnish and chip-resistant, as well as dishwasher-safe. The slumping technique results in an appearance distinct from blown glass: the product is simultaneously translucent and textured with a unique surface that subtlely retains the imprint of the hands that shaped the mold.

Ann Morhauser's vision -that food tastes better on a beautiful plate and that dining should be a feast for the eyes as well as the palate -has led her to create collections intended to be mixed: not only with one another, but with modem and antique china, porcelain and crystal. Though highly personal, her designs are so simple they blend effortlessly with practically everything else on the table. And with the universe of options, one might choose never to set the same table twice.

Portobello carries the Berry and Thread pattern of Juliska that is very rich in texture. The dinnerware artfully layers scallop and round shapes in six beautiful colors: Cappuccino Brown, Whitewash, Pistachio Green, Ice Blue, Butter Yellow and Vintage Pink. The best part about this fine stoneware is its everyday practicality. It can go straight from the freezer into the oven. It is also microwave and dishwasher safe. The restaurant has a new Spring menu and will be open for dinners nightly Tuesday through Saturday, in addition to serving lunch Monday through Saturday. The Cafe also hosts special events frequently, including wine tastings and wine dinners.

Cafe Michael's gourmet kitchen shop will offer monthly cooking classes and a wide variety of kitchen wares and gourmet food lines. Look for kitchen products that include GREEN TEK Scan Pan ceramic titanium professional grade cookware, professional cutlery, Sili Gourmet kitchen gadgets, William Bounds salt and pepper grinders, and eco-wise bamboo cutting boards and utensils. We'll continue to stock our customers' favorite gourmet food products, like Frontier brand soups, Pappy's barbecue sauces, Cherith Valley corn relish and Char-Crust dry rubs! Chef Michael is introducing some great new lines, too-sure to become NEW favorites! -and these include Cafe Michael's own private label products!

Cafe Michael is owned and operated by Huntsville native, Chef Michael Griffin, a graduated of the Culinary Institute of America. Griffin has spent 20 years working in the restaurant and hospitality industry, including career experience with the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida, and with Disney's Grand Floridian in Orlando.

Hampton Court opened in early April with a focus on casually elegant home furnishings and decorative accessories. Olivia Reed Opens New Shop

O My! is the brand new shop owned by Olivia Reed, who formally partnered with Hilary Russell of "Touching Borders." Reed and Russell were both so successful with their merchandise offerings at Interior Marketplace that they decided to expand independently! Reed is a talented photographer and will display her original photography at the shop as well as offering on location portrait services for children, and families. She also offers custom printed invitations, custom-designed personal stamps and ink pads, the popular "Southernness" line of candles and powders, Kitch*n Glam aprons, Mangiacotti soaps and lotions, and beaded jewelry. She also offers several lines for bridal registry including Tracy Porter, Annie Glass, and Five Oaks Copper.
